Which guide is better to build muscle and lose fat?
It really depends on WHERE you would prefer to workout as opposed to your goals. Both guides will help you to build lean muscle and lose body fat. If you don’t have much time, can’t afford a gym membership and prefer to workout at home, the home guide is more suited to your needs. If you have more time and prefer to workout at the gym, the gym guide will be great for you. If you’re tossing up between the two, choose the gym guide as this has more workouts per week so you will achieve results faster.

What resistance bands do you recommend?
The Mark Bell Sling Shot Hip Circle (I use a medium) and the Monster Bands from Rogue Fitness (I like the Green Band, remember the thinner the band, the harder it will be to do a chin up).  

How much cardio should I be doing to lose fat?
HIIT 2-3x a week is more than enough to burn extra calories. However, the best way to lose fat, is to eat in a calorie deficit. To calculate your calories, you may find this macro calculator helpful:

Does the guide come with a meal plan?
It doesn’t but I am releasing one soon, keep watching this space!

Do I need to do lose weight or do another program before I start yours?
You don’t need to do any programs or lose fat before you start Body by MG. In fact, the sooner you start lifting weights, the faster you will gain results.

How do I pay without Paypal?
You can pay if you don’t have Paypal. Click on the yellow button in the payment method “Continue with Paypal”. Once the Paypal window pops up, click on the button “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.

My country is not available?   
As my payment methods are done via Paypal, there are a list of countries that are unfortunately not Paypal approved. This is the only way I can accept payment at this stage. I hope to change this in the future as I don’t want anyone missing out.

Why is the guide in USD when you’re from Australia?
As most of my followers are from the US, I have decided to price my programs in USD to save confusion for the majority of my customers. The amount will be converted into your currency via your bank or through your Paypal account, depending on how you choose to pay.
