How much do you weigh?
I never weigh myself as numbers don’t mean no thang! But last time I did check I was 52kgs (114lbs).
How tall are you?
I’m 161cm tall (nearly 5’ 3”).
Where do you live?
I live in Perth, Western Australia and it is beautiful here!
What do you do for work?
I run my own small business with my twin sister. We work in social media marketing.
What camera do you use to take your photos?
For my website I use a (canon) but for my Instagram I use my iPhone 6s+. I use VSCO cam to edit and use C1 filter 90% of the time. I also use Facetune when I have a pimple. Shhhh, it’s a secret!
Where are your glasses from?
My old ones with the brown frame were from Etsy and were a vintage pair from the 1930’s. My new pair are by Ellery and I bought them from Specsavers in Australia.
What do you eat?
I follow a high carb, low fat diet. Read this blog post to find out more.
Do you follow the Kayla Itsines diet plan?
No I don’t. I do make recipes from her blog and from the HELP plan as there are some super yummy one in there ( my favourite is her mexican quesadillas).
Do you use a waist trainer?
No I don’t.
How long have you been working out?
I started working out in January 2016.
How many days a week do you work out?
Between 5-6 days a week.
What is BBG?
BBG stands for Bikini Body Guide which was created by Kayla Itsines. Kayla changed the name to Sweat with Kayla as she feels that this is more appropriate, as her guides aren't just to get a bikini body. Read this blog post to find out about everything BBG.
What exercises do you do besides BBG?
I do all sorts! When I started, for the first 6 months, all I did was the BBG exercises. Now I do a combination of weights, yoga and BBG.
